Cottage

This six bedroom Tudor style residential property in Auckland was built around the turn of the 1900’s. The Kauri weather boards had faded over many seasons. We managed to protect and restore the exterior using a ‘sheer black’ stain. The windows, louvers and joinery were in poor condition and were repaired where necessary. Our team then prepared, sealed and finished the woodwork with white semi gloss enamel.

Historic Home

Warwick House built 1854 is the oldest substantial family residence in the South Island. The roughcast exterior was cleaned, prepared and coated in self priming porous acrylic water based paint. As the house was built on sloping land a variety of access equipment was utilised.

Traditional colour concepts were applied, ‘colonial white’ for the walls and ‘heritage red’ for the joinery and trim.

The exterior of this property was extensive and completed over a 3 year period.
